CEO and Director of Markeing and Sales
Harold, hailing originally from New York and settling in Indiana, has been in the commercial finance sector for many years. In 1995, he opened Seneca Mortgage and grew it into one of the largest lenders in the Midwest.
Harold also worked as a financial consultant for Eastern Solutions Group Kuwait. ESG brokered commodities and other like products. This inspired him to set up his own consulting firm; BOA Advisors Trust LLC, which would later be an inspiration for our current corporate focus.
2012 saw the birth of Alger Insurance and Consulting which was renamed in 2019 as Alger Rusk Insurance LLC.
As a result of these successful ventures, Harold has assisted clients with their finance and insurance needs as well as product sales. Harold provides a unique and creative problem solving driven outlook and analysis with clients' businesses.
David has been a part of the financial sector (insurance and lending) for going on 20 years. Having worked as office manager and having his own private practice, being a top producer, David provides the administrative support as well as the financial background for the rest of the team.

Gary is the leader of sales and marketing for Seneca in Ohio. Hailing from the Buckeye State, Gary has been in the finance and investment industry for well over 20 years. He has helped manage $150 million with 20 brokers under his leadership. He also has had experience in venture capital, aiding in the formation of Ad-Care, bought by AAC Holdings for $85 million and 5,000 employees. Gary has had 7 years in commercial lending.
Commercial Lending Account Executive/CTO
John has been with Seneca from the starting, for more than 20 years. Since then, John has honed his proficiency in processing and our repitoire of loan products and has been on the forefront of our sales. He has been essential for our success here in our home state of Indiana.
John has been in the IT industry for well over a decade. He has certification in A+ Core Hardware and is an experienced software and hardware designer.
